Our Main focus for our Team Program is that we provide all the necessary tools for each climber to excel to their fullest potential in a safe and inspiring way. Team work, communication skills, self confidence, sportsmanship, self discipline and having fun are all significant aspects of climbing. These are all things we will practice and perfect.

We have included a competition schedule and training schedule for the entire season. These schedules are subject to change. For your convenience these schedules will be posted on the Austin Rock Gym website. As we make our way through the season we will also use an e-mail list to provide easy communication. We encourage families to initiate car pooling for practices as well as travel to competitions. We will do our best to have logistics information for each competition location. Usually the easiest way to get information on a specific competition is to go to the host gyms website. They usually have maps, times and convenient lodging listed.

Our program runs year round. We reccommend continuously training throughout the year to maximize your training benefits
